About Cancellara
Cancellara van de Vrombautshoeve Z is a Zangersheide-approved stallion, born on 12 May 2012. He is a striking grey, descended from the legendary stallion Cardento and the mare Oma van de Vrombautshoeve.
Sporting Career
Cancellara competes in international show jumping competitions at a height of 1.35 metres. Under the saddle of riders such as Luis Jaume Biarnes, Paula Kröckel and Silke Nestele, he has achieved several clear rounds and placings. Some of his notable achievements include: 1st place in a jumping competition at 1.20m level with rider Paula Kröckel; 2nd place in a 1.25m class under Silke Nestele; 3rd place in a 1.30m competition ridden by Luis Jaume Biarnes.
Dam's line
Cancellara's dam, Oma van de Vrombautshoeve, is an SBS-registered mare. She descends from Karioka del Follee and Flora van de Vrombautshoeve. Grandma herself has performed at national 1.30m level in show jumping. She belongs to the BWP Prestatiestam 2, a lineage known for producing successful showjumping horses.
