About Queentana

Queentana van de Vrombautshoeve is a chestnut-coloured BWP mare, born in 2016 in Belgium. She is an offspring of Kafka van de Heffinck and Wanda van de Vrombautshoeve (by Karioka del Follee).

Sporting Career
Queentana has competed in both national and international show jumping competitions. Under the saddle of Peter Boelens, she jumped at 1.35m level during the 7-year-old competition in 2023. She also participated in CSI1* competitions in Bonheiden in 2024 with rider Jocelin Lillienau, competing at heights ranging from 1.20m to 1.25m.

Dam line
Queentana's dam, Wanda van de Vrombautshoeve, is a mare born in 1999 out of Karioka del Follee. She has produced several sporting offspring, including:

  • Hercules van de Vrombautshoeve, a talented jumper who jumped at 1.30m level under Peter Boelens and was later sold to Emily George in Canada.
  • Cascada van de Vrombautshoeve, a daughter of Wanda.

Strengths of the dam's line

  • Jumping ability and technique: Offspring from this line show a natural talent for jumping.
  • Reliability and rideability: Horses from this line are known for their work ethic and fine character, which makes them desirable partners in show jumping.
